St Mungo's is seeking a Migrant Lead Outreach Worker in Bristol to engage with individuals rough sleeping, using language skills to support their needs and connect them with housing and services.

You will balance community outreach with office duties, helping access healthcare and social care while coordinating with agencies to address complex needs. A second language is highly valued and driving Licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Good communication and networking skills are essential.
• Additional language skills are highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage a complex caseload.

Responsabilités

• Assess needs of rough sleepers and connect them to housing and support services.
• Split time between community outreach and office-based tasks, including admin.
• Help access healthcare, substance use support and adult social care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the city to meet clients' needs.
• Work a weekly shift rota including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
