Missing Link Housing in Bristol is seeking a Female* Shared Housing Manager to lead and develop a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed support to women with mental health needs in shared housing. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, safeguard and staff development while ensuring contractual compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to equality and inclusion.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams within housing, homelessness, mental health or related support settings.
• Trauma-informed, person-centred approaches with women facing multiple disadvantages.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a supportive team culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external agencies.
• Experience managing service performance and meeting contractual requirements.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Safeguarding risk management and complex situations.
