The Housing Network is seeking an experienced Team Leader in Manchester to support vulnerable residents experiencing homelessness. You will lead a team delivering supported housing services, supervise staff, and manage a small caseload with trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Experienced Team Leader to support people experiencing homelessness.
• Proven ability to lead staff and manage a small complex caseload.
• Experience with trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
• Experience with safeguarding and multi-agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supported Housing Manager to lead a team delivering services for people experiencing homelessness.
• Provide hands-on leadership, supervising staff and managing a small caseload.
• Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based support to residents.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and support planning with multi-agency partners.
• Ensure tenancy, rent and housing management to help residents toward independence.
• Drive performance, compliance and service improvements within a growing service.
