Job summary

Wr HVAC in Birmingham is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midlands for process cooling solutions. You will develop new business, manage key accounts and deliver technical solutions with the engineering team.

This role requires hands-on field sales experience in process cooling or industrial HVAC, a strong technical understanding, and proven ability to win new business and convert enquiries to orders. A company car and comprehensive package are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales for process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVAC.
• Strong technical understanding of process cooling systems.
• Proven ability to grow new business and manage key accounts.
• Commercial and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

• Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements
• Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to order
• Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors and industrial end users

Package:

• £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

What You'll Need:

• Sales experience within process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVAC
