Job summary

WR HVAC | MEP in Birmingham is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midlands in process cooling solutions. You will identify opportunities, develop technical project proposals, and build lasting customer relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors and end users.

The role requires a track record in process cooling or industrial HVAC sales, strong account management, and the ability to translate customer needs into engineered cooling systems, with a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Experience in process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVAC.
• Strong new business and account management experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions.

• Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements.
• Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team.

Regional Sales Manager – Process Cooling

Birmingham / Midlands

An established specialist in industrial process cooling and temperature control solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop its presence across the Midlands. The business provides engineered cooling solutions to customers across plastics, manufacturing, food & beverage, medical and wider industrial markets, delivering projects ranging from individual equipment through to complete turnkey cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements
• Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to order
