WR HVAC | MEP in Newcastle is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for process cooling. Develop presence across the Midlands, manage accounts, and lead projects from survey to order, collaborating with engineering to design technical cooling solutions. Aimed at candidates with industrial HVAC sales experience and strong commercial acumen, in a role offering progression and training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVAC.
• Strong technical understanding of process cooling systems.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts.
• Experience selling to industrial or manufacturing customers.
• Commercial and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Regional Sales Manager – Process Cooling

Newcastle / North East

An established specialist in industrial process cooling and temperature control solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop its presence across the Midlands. The business provides engineered cooling solutions to customers across plastics, manufacturing, food & beverage, medical and wider industrial markets, delivering projects ranging from individual equipment through to complete turnkey cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements
• Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to order
• Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors and industrial end users
