Job summary

Wr Hvac in the North East is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in process cooling solutions across diverse industrial sectors. You will develop new business, manage key accounts and provide technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.

The role requires strong sales experience in process cooling or HVAC, a full UK driving licence, and a track record of delivering projects from enquiry to order. A company car and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience in process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVAC.
• Good technical understanding of process cooling systems.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts.
• Experience selling to industrial or manufacturing customers.
• Commercial and customer-facing skills are essential.

45,000 - 55,000 + Commission - 80,000 OTE

An established specialist in industrial process cooling and temperature control solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop its presence across the Midlands. The business provides engineered cooling solutions to customers across plastics, manufacturing, food & beverage, medical and wider industrial markets, delivering projects ranging from individual equipment through to complete turnkey cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements
• Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to orderBuild relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors and industrial end users

• 45,000 - 55,000 per annum
