  • Gain new Business by making appointments and visiting potential customers.
  • Proactively pursue all new sales leads, negotiate sales, and follow up on estimates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Provide an efficient, friendly, and professional point of contact to customers.
  • Introduce and promote new products to customers and potential accounts.
  • Ensure all commitments to customers are realistic and achievable.
  • Work in an organized manner to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services, and stay aware of competitors’ activities.
