We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team in Lichfield to grow and develop the customer base for our Training Academy.
Premium Sales has been providing telesales support to companies without a sales function for over 11 years. We have recently diversified, creating a suite of sales training courses that we deliver both at our Training Academy based in Lichfield, and also on site with clients. We officially launched the Academy during Q1, and have been successful in beginning to take courses to market with our Internal Sales Executives, having already delivered 3 courses to clients, with further courses booked across May & June.
We are now in a position where we can dedicate further resource to expand this side of our business, and we are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join us and innovatively grow the revenue stream that this service line provides.
As the Sales / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new business for the Training Academy.
Key Responsibilities include:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within a Training organisation.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and professionalism is key to success within this role, due to the high volume of customer communication you will have.
In return, we offer a fantastic working environment, with lots of training and support provided.
We can offer flexible hours between 9.00am and 17.00pm Mon-Thu and 9.00am and 15.00pm Fri, with hours ranging between 16-38 per week.
