Genuit Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the Commercial Specification Team across the South of England and Wales. You will lead a high-performing team, develop key customer relationships and work with cross-functional groups to deliver future profitable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Proven field sales track record and/ or management of a field sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
• knowledge of UK Building Regulations and ventilation marketplace is a plus.

• Lead the Specification Sales Team to exceed targets and drive performance.
• Forecast sales targets and report on performance weekly/monthly.
