Scolmore is seeking a Regional Specification & Key Account Manager - South to lead the specification sales effort for the Southern Region. You will report to the Sales Director and manage a team of Specification Sales Managers, driving turnover and ensuring compliance with trading agreements.

The role requires strong people management, a good grasp of discounts and rebates, and a willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in specification sales, preferably electrical sector.
• Strong understanding of discounts and rebates in trading.
• Experience in people management and HR policy adherence.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Specification Sales Managers to meet budgets and strategic goals.
• Deliver regional turnover targets through sales activities.
• Coach and support team to perform duties effectively.
• Provide monthly feedback and reports on results and requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts across the region.
• Manage regional expenditure and records.
• Support customer events and meetings across the region.
• Handle performance/absence/issues with HR support.
• Attend managers training monthly if applicable.
