Job summary

Scolmore Group is seeking a Group Specification Manager to drive growth across the London region. This field-based role requires engaging with consultants, specifiers and contractors, delivering CPD modules and presenting solutions to secure specifications.

You will travel regularly across the UK to build relationships with RSLs, local authorities and housing associations. The role demands a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills and a practical, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Proven specification sales experience in RSL sector.
• Strong track record of delivering results in sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to problems.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand across RSL, local authority, council and housing association sectors.
• Engage with M&E consultants, specifiers and contractors to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to support wholesale stockists and trading principles.
• Deliver CPD modules to customers.
• Build strong relationships across target markets to promote the portfolio.
