Job summary

Genuit Group plc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Specification Sales Team across the South of England and Wales. You will drive strategic growth, develop customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

The role involves travel to support the team and customers and reports to the Commercial Sales Director. A proven field sales track record and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, highly organised with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proven field sales track record and/or management of a field sales team.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative with enthusiasm.
• Strong people skills and ability to gain trust of customers and colleagues.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Good IT skills and a valid driving licence.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations in commercial ventilation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Specification Sales Team to exceed sales targets and key performance targets; including team organisation, performance, motivation and recognition, internal processes and training.
• Forecast and set sales targets, track and report on sales performance, customer and market activity and initiatives on a weekly/monthly basis, reporting to the Sales Director.
• Develop the Specification Sales by supporting and accompanying team members on regular customer visits, meetings, seminars and events; some outside normal hours.
• Act as an ambassador externally and within the business, modelling a positive culture.
• Maintain close collaboration with internal commercial sales office, technical teams and wider company areas.
