You will manage a team of regional managers and ensure safe, high‑quality service delivery with strong budget and performance oversight.

• Experience in repairs and maintenance at managerial level.
• Ability to make assertive decisions to resolve complex issues related to work and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Repairs, Voids, Repairs Surveying and Planned works across the Midlands region.
• Oversee regional budgets, workforce planning and contractor performance to ensure value for money.
• Drive safety, compliance and customer outcomes across all service areas.
• Coach and develop Repairs Managers, Voids Managers and Planning Managers to high performance.
