Job summary

Mears Group in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Manager to lead responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied and void homes. You will manage supervisors, operatives and subcontractors, ensure works are safe, compliant and delivered on time, and drive service improvements with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Experience leading repairs and maintenance services in property/housing.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties.
• Ensure works are safe, compliant and high quality.
• Lead site visits, inspections and performance reviews to drive improvements.
• Manage resources and subcontractors to maintain productivity and value for money.
• Monitor KPIs and budgets, implementing improvements where needed.
