GreenSquareAccord in Birmingham is seeking a Regional Repairs Operations Manager to lead repairs, voids, surveying and planned works across the Midlands. You will coach and develop Repairs, Voids, Surveys and Planned Managers to deliver high‑performing services.

You will oversee safe, compliant delivery, budget control and performance improvement while coordinating with Asset Management, Housing and Customer teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes. DBS checks apply for successful candidates.

• Ability to make assertive decisions to resolve complex issues.
