• Proven experience in property maintenance and facilities management.
• Experience in project management required.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all property-related activities for DHL Express sites.
• Deliver annual leasehold and capital works within budget.
• Ensure plant and equipment servicing meets regulations.
• Manage third party suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage property budgets.
• Lead property projects from inception to completion.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors.
