Support markets in validating the global procurement template and proposing local adaptations, raising critical requirements to the Template Governance Board
  • Oversee procurement data cleansing, mapping, migration, and validation during testing and cutover phases, ensuring accuracy for supplier master data, purchase orders, and contracts
  • Collaborate with the Wave Change and Communications Manager to address procurement‑related change impacts, training needs, and communication efforts
  • Represent the procurement function in Wave and Global governance forums, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues
  • Support issue resolution across procurement processes, including direct and indirect purchasing, invoice matching, and supplier management, escalating critical challenges to the Global Procurement team
What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in procurement transformation or ERP deployment projects, with knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, S2C, P2P) is desired
  • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements impacting procurement operations in the region
  • Excellent programme management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly for data quality and operational readiness
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage ambiguity across multiple markets and teams
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, data migration processes, and procurement system integrations is desired
