Job summary

The Straumann Group, through ClearCorrect, seeks a UK Ortho Sales Leader based in Swansea to drive regional sales and meet targets. You will provide direction to Territory Managers and coaches, aligning strategies with the UK and global organization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Services and Finance, interpret Salesforce data, and develop plans to grow existing customers and win new business while ensuring compliance and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years +).
• Ability to extract and interpret data – experience of SFDC an advantage.
• Experience of providing innovative, thought provoking solutions to business issues and a consultative sales approach.
• Experience of Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead region to achieve sales goals within defined timescales.
• Provide direction to Territory Managers and coaching to staff.
• Develop key relationships within Region and grow existing customers while acquiring new ones.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Services & Finance to align sales activities.
• Review Salesforce data and report on key customers and competitive strategies.
