Job summary

Straumann Group, including ClearCorrect, seeks a regional Head of Ortho UK to drive sales objectives across a defined UK region. You will provide strategic direction to Territory Managers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies and ISO/audit standards.

The role demands senior leadership, data-driven decision making, and a strong consultative approach to expand the customer base and profitability while guiding the team through change and growth.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/leadership experience required (5+ years).
• Ability to extract and interpret data; SFDC experience is an advantage.
• Experience delivering innovative, consultative sales solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop key relationships within the region and grow the customer base.
• Supervise Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers with coaching and feedback.
