Job summary

Straumann Group, through ClearCorrect, seeks a regional Sales Leader in the UK to drive sales across a defined region and mentor Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers. You will align with UK and global strategies, coach teams, and ensure compliant execution of sales plans.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales leadership, experience with Salesforce.com, and a consultative approach to growing existing customers while acquiring new ones in a profitable manner.

Qualifications

• Significant sales leadership experience (5+ years).
• Ability to extract and interpret data; SFDC experience is a plus.
• Experience with consultative sales and solutions in Dental/Medical Devices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead region to achieve sales goals within timelines and budgets.
• Coach and develop Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Finance and other leaders to align sales activities.
