Job summary

Straumann Group, via ClearCorrect, seeks a regional sales leader to drive sales across the UK in alignment with global strategies. You will guide Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors, and Customer Success Managers, coaching them to exceed regional targets while integrating sales activities with Marketing, Education and Finance teams.

You will oversee forecasting, relationship development, and data review in Salesforce, ensuring compliant practices and proactive actions to protect key accounts.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years +).
• Experience extracting and interpreting data, SFDC experience is an advantage.
• Experience delivering innovative, consultative sales solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined region to achieve UK sales goals and provide direction to Territory Managers and reports.
• Develop key relationships within the region to expand existing accounts and win new ones.
• Ensure compliance with sales strategies and ISO 9001 quality practices across the team.
