Job summary

Straumann Group’s ClearCorrect division seeks a regional sales leader to direct a defined UK region, aligning with global strategies and driving sales goals. You will coach Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers, foster key accounts, and ensure compliant execution of sales plans while collaborating with Marketing, Education, Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of significant sales/commercial leadership experience.
• Ability to extract and interpret data – SFDC an advantage.
• Experience delivering innovative, thought-provoking solutions to business issues with a consultative approach.
• Experience of Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Territory Managers to meet regional sales goals.
• Develop key relationships within the region to grow existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Supervise and evaluate activities of Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Education, Finance to ensure sales objectives are integrated with other functions.
• Ensure compliance with sales strategies, legal practices and ISO 9001 quality.
