Job summary

Straumann Group, through ClearCorrect, seeks a Regional Sales Leader to drive UK ortho region revenue, guiding Territory Managers and clinical teams to achieve targets. You will implement strategic plans, analyze market data, and ensure alignment with global strategies while coaching staff and maintaining compliance.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Education, Finance and Customer Services to optimize sales tactics and strengthen relationships with key accounts across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years+).
• Experience of extracting and interpreting data, with SFDC experience advantageous.
• Experience in Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Territory Managers and Customer Success Representatives to meet regional sales goals.
• Develop and implement regional sales forecasts and action plans.
• Build relationships with key accounts and grow existing and new customers profitability.
• Ensure alignment of sales strategies with Marketing, Education, Customer Services and Finance.
