Job summary

Straumann Group seeks a regional sales leader for the UK Ortho sector. You will direct the regional sales team, including Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers, to hit regional and UK-wide sales goals within defined timelines and budgets.

You will liaise with Marketing, Education and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies, while driving adoption of new digital workflows and ensuring ISO 9001 and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant sales leadership experience (5+ years).
• Experience extracting and interpreting data; SFDC advantage.
• Dental/Medical Device market experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Develop key relationships within region and grow customer base.
• Oversee Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers; coach and guide.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Education, Finance to align sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with sales strategies, policies and ISO 9001 standards.
• Review Salesforce data and flag at-risk customers; propose corrective actions.
• Run regular meetings to ensure clear communication within the regional team.
• Grow business by promoting new techniques/digital workflows to customers.
• Collaborate with HR on leadership, recruitment and performance management.
• Design and manage local sales budgets to optimise resources.
• Mentor major prospects and key customers to tailor Straumann solutions.
