Qualifications

• 5 years+ significant sales leadership experience.
• Experience extracting and interpreting data (SFDC an advantage).
• Experience delivering innovative, consultative sales solutions in dental/medical devices desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a defined UK region to achieve sales goals.
• Provide direction to Territory Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Services and Finance to align sales objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Sales strategies, ISO 9001 quality practices and legal compliance.
