Job summary

Wastekit, part of phs Group, is seeking a Regional Operations Controller to coordinate service activities, support engineers in the field and ensure customers receive excellent service.

The role is 20 hours a week, part-time, based in the Midlands, with a competitive annual salary. You will manage enquiries, schedule engineers, update records and support both planned and reactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in service administration, scheduling or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Experience coordinating workloads or engineer schedules.
• Good IT skills with business systems.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries and service requests.
• Schedule and coordinate Service Engineer workloads.
• Create and update service appointments; inform customers of progress.
• Prepare repair quotations and maintain customer records.
• Support engineers with ordering parts and admin tasks.
