Job summary

Wastekit, part of phs Group, is seeking a Regional Operations Controller on a 20-hour-per-week basis in the Midlands to coordinate service activities and support engineers in the field. You will handle customer enquiries, schedule engineers and ensure high service standards.

Regional Operations Controller - Part Time, 20 hours a week

Are you highly organised, customer focused and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment? Wastekit is looking for a Regional Operations Controller to play a key role in coordinating service activities, supporting engineers in the field and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service.

As a Regional Operations Controller, you will be at the heart of our service operation, managing customer enquiries, coordinating engineer schedules, processing service administration and supporting the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance activities. You'll work closely with Service Engineers, Field Service Supervisors and internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and operational standards remain high.

What the Regional Operations Controller role at Wastekit will involve:

The ideal candidate for a Regional Operations Controller at Wastekit will have:

• Previous experience in a service administration, scheduling, planning or customer service environment.
