Qualifications

• Significant senior operational leadership experience within a multi-site environment.
• Experience leading managers and operational teams across a geographically dispersed region.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics, distribution and/or field service operations.
• Proven track record of improving operational productivity, efficiency and service performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including management of substantial operational budgets.
• Experience using KPIs and operational data to drive performance and decision making.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading operational change and continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong customer focus with an understanding of how operational performance drives growth and retention.
• Commitment to health, safety and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed operational leadership team across multiple sites.
• Translate business strategy into effective regional operational plans and drive delivery against key objectives.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant performance, while improving productivity, stock accuracy and resource utilisation.
• Lead the delivery of washroom services, driving service quality, route efficiency, customer retention and operational performance.
• Ensure consumables are distributed accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.
• Take ownership of regional operational budgets, cost control, productivity targets and overall financial performance.
• Use operational data and KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, HR, Fleet and Supply Chain teams to support customer growth and operational excellence.
• Champion a positive health, safety and compliance culture across all operations.
• Lead, coach and develop managers, building a high-performing and engaged leadership team.
