Mayflower Washroom Solutions, part of the phs Group, is seeking a Regional Operations Director to shape regional performance across multiple sites in the Midlands. You will drive warehouse operations, washroom service delivery and consumables distribution while leading a high-performing leadership team.

• Ensure consumables are distributed accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.
• Take ownership of regional operational budgets, cost control, productivity targets and overall financial performance.
• Use operational data and KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, HR, Fleet and Supply Chain teams to support customer growth and operational excellence.
• Champion a positive health, safety and compliance culture across all operations.
• Lead, coach and develop managers, building a high-performing and engaged leadership team.

Mayflower Washroom Solutions, part of the phs Group, is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead and shape operational performance across a multi-site region. Responsible for warehouse operations, washroom service delivery and consumables distribution, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
