Job summary

Mayflower Washroom Solutions (part of phs Group) is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead a multi-site region, improve productivity and drive exceptional service delivery across warehousing, washroom services and consumables distribution.

The role demands strategic leadership, budget control, KPI-driven performance and the ability to develop managers into a high-performing team, while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience leading managers across a geographically dispersed region.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics, distribution and/or field service operations.
• Proven track record of improving operational productivity, efficiency and service performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including management of substantial operational budgets.
• Experience using KPIs and operational data to drive performance and decision making.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading operational change and continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong customer focus with an understanding of how operational performance drives growth and retention.

Are you a senior operations leader with a passion for driving performance, developing teams and delivering exceptional customer service?

Mayflower Washroom Solutions, part of the phs Group, is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead and shape operational performance across a multi-site region. Responsible for warehouse operations, washroom service delivery and consumables distribution, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

This is a high-profile leadership position where you will work across multiple functions to improve productivity, strengthen operational capability and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus.

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed operational leadership team across multiple sites.
