You will engage with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey from inquiry through completion, while meeting challenging sales targets and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
• Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes, from initial inquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties, ensuring clients understand benefits and process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through every step of the purchasing journey.
• Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress and pipeline management.
• Organize and host property viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience for potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
