Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to drive sales across a broad geographic area, including Coventry. You will manage the end-to-end process, advise on shared ownership, and deliver a first-class customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Role requires a driving licence and willingness to travel Tuesday–Saturday across locations, ensuring compliance with health and safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
• Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes from initial inquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties and benefits.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through the purchasing journey.
• Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain records of client interactions, progress and pipeline.
