Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant with knowledge of selling Shared Ownership developments to join our dynamic team. You will drive the sales delivery across a broad area, ensuring an excellent customer experience and compliance with health and safety requirements from Sales Launch through to completion.

Qualifications

Experience in selling new homes, ideally with shared ownership schemes.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to sale completion.
Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties and eligibility.
Deliver outstanding customer service and guide clients through the purchasing journey.
Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress and pipeline.
Organise and host property viewings with a professional and informative experience.
Work to meet sales targets while adhering to company policies.
