Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to lead the sales journey from inquiry to completion. You will specialize in Shared Ownership properties, delivering outstanding customer service while meeting targets and maintaining compliant records.

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required as you operate across multiple locations. You will engage with buyers, mortgage brokers, and stakeholders, hosting property viewings and guiding

Qualificações

• Experience in selling new homes, especially Shared Ownership properties.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for complex sales processes.
• Ability to build relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to sale completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership and eligibility criteria.
• Guide clients through the purchasing journey with excellent service.
• Develop relationships with buyers, brokers, and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and pipeline.
• Organise and host property viewings to provide informative experiences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in line with policy and procedures.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are upheld in all activities.
• Work across multiple locations and handle a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
