Kier Group is seeking a Commercial Manager (MEPH) to lead commercial resources for our Western & Wales region, based in Bristol or Gloucester. You will oversee complex MEP projects, maximise gross margin, and drive procurement and contract strategies with project teams and clients.

We value deep knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a drive for profitable delivery within a collaborative Kier Mechanical & Electrical environment.

Qualifications

• Degree level or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Significant experience managing commercial functions on complex schemes.
• Strong understanding of JCT, NEC and other main forms of contract.
• Technical understanding of MEPH services, systems and interfaces.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the commercial team to maximise gross margin and financial performance across projects.
• Manage all commercial activities including procurement strategies, contract placement and financial control.
• Provide accurate commercial reports, forecasts and risk management to support decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the team's wellbeing and development in an inclusive environment.
