Job summary

Willmott Dixon in Bristol is seeking a Building Services Manager (M&E) to lead the MEP process from pre-construction through to post-completion, applying commercial, contractual and technical expertise across our Wales and the West region.

You will coordinate tender reviews with pre-construction and delivery teams, ensure design integration, and guide supply chain partners to deliver a coordinated MEP solution while staying up to date with industry changes.

Qualifications

• Understand the appropriate M&E legislation.
• Able to control costs, timing, quality against targets.
• Able to interpret project documentation and develop strategies.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proficient use of Microsoft programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualitative, technical and commercial appraisal of services tenders.
• Identify equal and approved services solutions for tenders.
• Ensure technical appraisals of the services design for compliance.
• Design gap analysis (Building Services).
• Supply Chain Coordination.
• Attend tender launch meetings, mid tender reviews/interviews and adjudications.
• Reinforce and deliver our customer first ethic.
• Work with the Design Manager to integrate MEP design across build elements.
• Support production teams in delivering M&E systems post handover.
• Collaborate with the commissioning manager for handover of M&E systems.
