Job summary

Dalkia UK is expanding its Commercial function in the North West and seeks a Commercial Manager to own the regional strategy and performance across multiple projects. You will lead pre-contract through to final account, protect margins, manage risk and drive profitable growth.

You'll bring significant senior commercial leadership experience in an M&E installation environment, with a track record of managing a region around £30m turnover, and strong skills in negotiation, contracts (JCT/NEC) and

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading commercial teams in an M&E installation environment.
• Experience managing regional commercial performance and budgets.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function across multiple projects and programmes.
• Develop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Manage revenue, margin, cash flow and cost control performance.
• Review project budgets, forecasts, CVRs and final accounts.
• Manage variations, claims and contractual entitlements.
• Support major tenders and negotiated opportunities.
• Review contract terms and risk profiles.
• Lead dispute resolution and commercial negotiations.
• Build and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, clients and supply chain partners.
