Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited seeks a Regional MEP Manager for Berkshire, with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on delivering MEP design across education, residential and commercial schemes, covering Western home counties from Oxford to Dorset.

The candidate should have senior MEP experience, be comfortable on-site, and communicate confidently with developers, contractors or engineering consultancies. Salary up to £105k plus package depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Senior MEP experience in design and delivery.
• Experience reviewing MEP designs from subcontractors.
• Strong communication and on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Covering all stages of the MEP Design process from Preconstruction through to delivery.
• Primarily look at stages from 3 preconstruction through to commissioning.
• Review MEP Design from MEP subcontractors.
• Deal with site queries.
• Liaise with MEP Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure implementation.
• Attend and minute Design Team Meetings and workshops.
