Job summary

Knightwood Associates seeks a Regional MEP Manager for Berkshire, with hybrid working and strong on-site presence. The role covers MEP design through to commissioning, liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the project team on mixed education, residential and commercial schemes across the Western home counties.

The ideal candidate will have solid Senior MEP experience, be comfortable on-site, and able to communicate confidently with stakeholders.

• On-site presence and confident communication essential.
• Candidate background from developers, contractors or engineering consultancy considered.

Responsibilities

• Cover all stages of the MEP design process from preconstruction through to commissioning.
• Review MEP designs from subcontractors and value engineer where needed.
• Deal with site queries and ensure implementation with MEP consultants and subcontractors.

Regional MEP Manager - Berkshire (Hybrid)*

A Regional MEP Manager is urgently sought for a region of this well established contractor with a strong pipeline of future work.

Based predominantly in their Berkshire Head Office, their diverse range of projects consist of education, residential and commercial schemes and cover most of the Western home counties from Oxford to Dorset.

• Covering all stages of the MEP Design process from Preconstruction through to delivery
• Primarily look at stages from 3 preconstruction through to commissioning.
• Review MEP Design from MEP subcontractors.
• Value engineer MEP Designs.
• Deal with site queries.
• Liaise with MEP Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure implementation

Attend and minute Design Team Meetings and workshops.The ideal candidate will have solid experience within a Senior MEP position. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site and be confident communicators.

Candidates could come from developers, contractors or even have worked for an engineering consultancy
