Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Trainer within its Learning & Development team in the UK. The role involves partnering with leaders to identify training needs, designing and delivering face-to-face, virtual and blended programmes, and creating engaging learning materials.

Responsibilities include evaluating outcomes, supporting onboarding, and helping evolve learning technology as the business grows. Travel across regions is part of the role with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development or Talent Development professional.
• Experience designing and delivering face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs across the business.
• Design and deliver engaging learning programmes.
• Create training materials, workbooks, presentations and e-learning content.
• Deliver a range of interventions including change management, project management and soft skills.
