Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Training & Development Manager to own learning, onboarding and development across a growing professional services business. Hybrid/Remote working is available, with regional travel to Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton, Bristol and London.

You will design and deliver induction programmes, manage the training calendar, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with managers to close skills gaps and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Experience supporting onboarding and employee development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services or pensions experience would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured induction and onboarding programmes.
• Develop and manage an ongoing training calendar.
• Deliver training to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
• Identify skills gaps and implement appropriate training solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide relevant management information.
• Work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to support business needs.
• Maintain and continuously improve training materials and processes.
