Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Trainer to join the Learning & Development team on a 14-month fixed-term contract in Sheffield. You will design and deliver learning experiences that support colleagues at every career stage, partnering with leaders to identify learning needs and deliver across multiple formats.

The role requires strong facilitation and presentation skills, experience developing training content from concept through delivery, and a focus on business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Experience designing and delivering learning content for multiple formats (face-to-face, virtual, blended).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs.
• Design and deliver face-to-face, virtual and blended programmes.
• Create training materials, workbooks, presentations and e-learning content.
• Deliver leadership, customer service, change management and soft-skills training.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and measure impact.
