Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a learning and development role.
• Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging written content.
• Experience of conducting training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and conduct training needs analysis.
• Design and develop learning solutions including workshops and e-learning modules.
• Deliver engaging workshops and training courses.
• Measure effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide recommendations.
• Manage the company’s LMS and encourage a culture of learning.
