Job summary

Michael Page (UK) is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Manchester team, delivering engaging learning experiences that build capability, confidence and performance across our UK and MEA population.

You will deliver academy programmes for new joiners, coach individuals and partner with managers to shape future capability; travel to offices across the North of the UK with occasional wider UK travel.

Qualifications

• Passion for developing others with proven training delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or development activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and classroom-based learning programmes.
• Facilitate academy and onboarding programmes for new joiners.
• Support development of recruitment, sales and professional capabilities.
• Provide coaching and practical support to apply new skills.
• Partner with managers to identify development needs and implement learning solutions.
• Support rollout of new learning initiatives and capability programmes.
• Promote engagement with digital learning platforms and resources.
• Travel to offices across the North of the UK, with occasional wider UK travel and overnight stays.
