Job summary

IC Resources is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a busy and expanding customer base across DACH and Eastern Europe. You will act as the commercial link between customers, distributors and sales teams, with responsibility for quotes, pricing, samples and design registrations.

You’ll analyze sales data, forecasts and lost business, identify new opportunities and promote new products, while supporting trade shows and distributor events.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Inside Sales, Customer Service or a B2B commercial environment
• Experience within Semiconductors, electronics or distribution
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills
• German, Polish or another Eastern European language would be a big advantage
• Experience with ModeIN an advantage

Responsibilities

• Managing quotes, pricing, samples and design registrations
• Supporting distributors and Regional Sales Managers across Europe
• Analysing sales data, forecasts and lost business
• Helping identify new opportunities and promote new products
• Supporting trade shows, distributor events and marketing activity
• Working closely with internal sales, product and pricing teams
