Job summary

IC Resources is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a busy European customer base across DACH & Eastern Europe. The role acts as the commercial link between customers, distributors and sales teams, offering variety and responsibility.

Based in Oldham with a up to 10% bonus, the position doesn't require an engineering degree; product training and a dedicated buddy for new starters are provided. Competitive salary and progression await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in Inside Sales, Customer Service or a B2B commercial environment.
• Experience within Semiconductors, electronics or distribution is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Fluent English.
• German, Polish or another Eastern European language would be a big advantage.
• Experience with ModeIN an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing quotes, pricing, samples and design registrations.
• Supporting distributors and Regional Sales Managers across Europe.
• Analysing sales data, forecasts and lost business.
• Helping identify new opportunities and promote new products.
• Supporting trade shows, distributor events and marketing activity.
• Working closely with internal sales, product and pricing teams.
