Job summary

Bluegate are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales function across Europe, based in Oldham and Munich. You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers, distributors, customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and progress sales activity while delivering excellent customer experience.

The role requires strong English, B2B sales experience, and solid Excel/data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Significant experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support or fulfilment is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to follow established processes while taking ownership through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Create new customer records in ModelN, including quotations and design registrations.
• Review, analyse and follow up on quotations, sample activity and design registrations with Regional Sales Managers and distributors.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers/distributors and internal teams, including business units, pricing, marketing and sales.
• Approve distributor design registrations within agreed thresholds.
• Analyse distributor sales reports against historical performance and forecasts, identifying lost business and new growth opportunities.

Inside Sales Representative – Sales Support – Oldham / Munich - Electronics

Bluegate are proud to partner with a global designer and manufacturer of semiconductor components to find an Inside Sales Rep to join a growing team and support the sales function.

We looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support business growth across Europe. Working closely with Regional Sales Managers, distribution partners, customers and internal teams, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, progressing sales activity and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Create new customer records in ModelN, including quotations and design registrations.
• Review, analyse and follow up on quotations, sample activity and design registrations with Regional Sales Managers and distributors.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers/distributors and internal teams, including business units, pricing, marketing and sales.
• Approve distributor design registrations within agreed thresholds.
• Analyse distributor sales reports against historical performance and forecasts, identifying lost business and new growth opportunities.

What you’ll bring

• Fluent written and spoken English; Other European language would be advantageous.
• Ideally educated to HNC / HNC education.
• Significant experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support or fulfilment—ideally within manufacturing, distribution, semiconductors or electronic components.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• The ability to follow established processes while taking ownership through to completion.
