Regional HR Advisor

What’s the role of a HR Advisor?

1. Building relationships with key stakeholders to coach, support and advise on all HR related matters.
2. Welfare - Ensuring measures are in place to support our teams in all aspects of welfare, including supporting and coaching key stakeholders.
3. Wellbeing - Supporting, coaching, and engaging our wellbeing champions in the successful implementation of the wellbeing programme across all restaurants.
4. Employee Relations - Managing investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes for employee relations issues and ensuring that company policy and employment legislation are followed.
5. Engagement - Helping to lead, maintain and influence team engagement across the restaurants.
6. Supporting, influencing, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and leavers.
7. Recruitment - Assisting and supporting the recruitment team with the recruitment and selection process.
8. Projects - Assisting in the development and creation of HR initiatives and projects, helping to drive their implementation across the business.
9. Compliance - Reviewing policies and procedures where necessary and conducting HR compliance checks.
10. Supporting the HR Team with ad-hoc duties and administration.
