Because of a high volume of ER cases, there is a requirement for an HR Advisor for some extra support initially on a FTC basis until the end of September 2025, but this could go perm. The Employee Relations HR Advisor team works fully remotely and is collaborative and supportive.

Your new role
  1. This role will provide high quality HR advice to a range of employees, workers, managers, and directors.
  2. Ensure advice is value-led, works to best practice and legislation, and covers a range of people-related issues, queries, employment relations case work, and organisational change, including TUPE.
  3. Support the prompt and effective resolution of issues at the appropriate level and support formal investigations and hearings to ensure those involved are treated with dignity, respect, and passion.
  4. The post holder will ensure the processes are completed to a high standard and within policy and service level agreement timeframes.
What you'll need to succeed
  • We are looking for candidates that are either immediately available or have a maximum of 1 week's notice.
  • Have strong high volume ER case management experience.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent employment law knowledge.
